Welton Farms Milk Agreement

I, ____________________, understand that in the State of Florida it is illegal to sell raw milk for human consumption. I also understand that Welton Farms, LLC has a Jersey cow producing milk and has excess milk available for purchase for the purpose of use for pet food ONLY. I understand that the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has a policy that permits the sale of raw milk for animal consumption only. I have therefore agreed that I understand that Welton Farms, LLC is selling this milk for animal consumption ONLY. I therefore am responsible, and will hold Welton Farms, LLC and it agents, principles and owners harmless for any other use made of this milk by me or anyone else.
